At Rubber Ducky Isopods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your crustacean-inspired fashion. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached for a valid return.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
